Try to keep the opposite shoulder on the floor. Repeat with the other leg. Do 10 times.

3. Cardio Training – 10 minutes of “interval training.” You need to vary the intensity of your cardio workout. You could jump rope. Take it at an easy pace for 30 seconds, then jump at the highest speed possible for 30 seconds, then a moderate pace for 30 seconds, and repeat for 10 minutes. Use any form of cardio such as walk/run outdoors or on a treadmill, indoors an elliptical trainer, etc.
4. Sleep at least 7 hours every day. Inadequate sleep can cause weight gain!
